I'm taking the plunge and cycling from London to Paris on 18th September 2009. Not all in one go, but a total of nearly 250 miles over 3 days. With little or no preparation .... I must be mad.
A group of us from Unilever are doing this to raise money for Caravan, the National Grocers Benevolent Fund registered Charity. Anything you can help me raise will do a great deal for those people that the charity helps every year..
Any amount, even just a pound, will help out the charity and give me the incentive to make it all the way to Paris.
