55 miles today and a good ride for all of us as a team, brilliant! However English bus drivers in London are shit, fact! :-( time for a beer or a dozen in Greenwich......Ooooshh

We've arrived in France at out hotel and we drove through the 90 mile route back to Amiens, which was very very hilly ! Fun :-) thanks again for your sponsorship

Hi, my training is going very well and all is looking good for the ride in 10 days now......! With all the just giving donations and hand written one's, I'm up to £900 in total, so thank you all very much......let's get it over the £1'000 amount pretty please :-)

<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Fifteen of us are cycling from <a title="Paris to Colchester Cycle - charity page" href="http://www.paristocolchester.com/" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2a42c6;">Paris back to Colchester</span></a> in order to raise money and awareness for St Helena Hospice, a charity that provides free service for people in Essex who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness.</p> <p>Kind sponsors have agreed to provide us with a van and fuel to transport us to the French capital, where we will begin our 500km cycle on Monday 11th July and aim to be in Colchester by Saturday 16th July '2011'<span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span></p> <p>As most of you know I've been training for a while now, and this is going to be a difficult task for me, especially as we are doing 150 miles in the 1st 2 days !</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now to a <a title="St Helena Hospice" href="http://www.sthelenahospice.org.uk/" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2a42c6;">local charity</span></a> that is providing an excellent service to those that need it.</p> <p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
