Over the last year I have done numerous bits for different charities.

Last year I took part in raising money for "Help For Heroes."  We all have an affiliation to different charities. However it's rare you physically get to see what your money does or how that charity operates.  

I had the privilege last year of seeing this with some of the people that have been positively impacted by the charity. Some have been helped in all forms, physically and mentally.

I can honestly say this is so worth while. Please help me support them.  I shall be riding 350 miles through Normandy. And before this I shall be running a few 10k runs to help raise more money.
