So the challenge for me - this summer I'm going to complete the following 3 events

Hell and Back in Wicklow - 16th June http://www.hellandback.ie/  the toughest 12km in Ireland - NOW COMPLETE 2hrs 10 seconds :)

Total Warrior in the Lake District - 3rd August http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk  the toughest 10km in the world

Lap the Lough - 25th August - http://www.lapthelough.org/ 130km cycle around Lough neagh.

So with me taking part in all of these I thought I should try and raise some money for a worthy cause, this being the Donkey Sancturay.

They are a fantastic charity who not only rehome donkeys but do donkey assisted therapy to young and old people which really baffles and fasicnates me.  My younger brother Ian who has downsyndrome also volunteers at the Donkey Sanctuary in Templepatrick and gets so so much enjoyement and fulfillment out of it.
