Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Young people sleep rough every night - in parks, stairwells, under
bridges and worse. But there are thousands more you don't see - spending the night on buses, on sofas or in the homes of strangers. They're escaping abuse, violence, gangs and fear. Many are homeless because they can't live with their family, or they have no family. More than 150,000 young people ask for help with homelessness every year.

I don't expect to help each and every one of them but by Running for Centrepoint maybe I can help just one, by raising money or just the charity's profile enough.

As a regular runner I was already looking forward to the event, despite such little training. Your sponsorship and encouragement will make all the difference to me, but especially to the lives of those young homeless people Centrepoint supports. Just a little by a lot can make a great big difference - please help me make that little difference.
