In September this year I will be competing in Ironman Wales. This is not a competition between people but between man and the course!

Ironman Wales is one of most challenging of the series. A 2.4 mile sea swim followed by 112 miles cycling through the Pembroke hills and rounded off with a hilly full marathon!

I'm doing this challenge with a massive amount of preperation with a peak of 20 hours training per week. It is a commitment for the whole family. In order to put all this time and effort to good use I am raising money to assist the fantastic work Jeremiah's Journey do for some of the children of Plymouth.

Jeremiah's Journey is a local charity that offers support to children and their families who have experienced or are anticipoating the death of someone special.
