Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

I will be attempting to complete a “JoGLE”. John O’Groats to Lands End cycle ride, in aid of the MS Society to help support the work they do in research for those with MS and in supporting the family’s of MS sufferers.

My ride will start on 19 August, it’ll be just me, the bike , some supplies and the road, solo and unsupported, no van to carry luggage or people to repair the bike if I have issues. Arranging all my own transport and B&B / Hostel stays. I’ll be averaging around 70 miles per day and plan to arrive at Land’s End on 31st August, having cycled over 900 miles.

You can track my ride on my blog at: http://tippy.org/2012/track-me/ there is also other useful information about the End2End.

For regular updates I will also be tweeting at: http://twitter.com/DarrenAtRohde

In return for my stupidity and pain at undertaking this challenge, I hope you can dig deep and sponsor me. All donations are gratefully received and all go to the MS Society. No money goes towards the trip or equipment costs (not even for a sneaky pint!)
