On Friday 19th May, I and sixty of my colleagues at RBS/NatWest, will be walking a marathon (26.2 miles) from the Olympic Park to Richmond Park. I would be very grateful if you would consider supporting me.

I have learned a great deal about Prostate Cancer from my colleague, Kevin Webber, who was diagnosed in 2014 with terminal prostate cancer at under 50 years of age. Kevin has been inspirational in how he has faced the illness and has inspired a number of us to raise funds and awareness of Prostate Cancer UK.

The hard and sobering facts:-

- Over 47,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in UK every year (that's 130 per day)

- Over 33,000 men in the UK are living with prostate cancer and I in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime.

- Every hour one man in the UK dies from prostate cancer - that's more than 11,000 men in the UK in every year.
