News Flash....Aaron has joined the fundraising madness and is going to help us raise some more money for this great cause, he even thinks he might beat us-haha!!! Please read on.....

It's that time of year again when you get harassed for money!

Jez, Aaron and I are running the Great South Run late October and want to raise as much money as possible for Multiple Sclerosis Society.

This charity is very close to my heart as many of you will know as my Mum suffered from MS for a number of years and the Society were invaluable during this time.

Now I hear you all saying 'it's only 10 miles-you're both fit!' Well that's exactly the point-we are fit and healthy so why not try and raise some money for a great cause!

And believe me, we are so competitive we are training like maniacs to beat each other! It's bound to be an exciting race.....
