<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<div>My children, Adam and Karina somehow persuaded me to join them on a trip down to the countryside. Unfortunately, it is in a downward vertical direction from an aeroplane somewhere between 2 and 3 miles high!! Reality is now beginning to set in, so I thought I had better do some fundraising, before I become to nervous to type. I did watch them jump (or was it pushed) in "I'm a Celebrity! - Get me out of here". I can tell you - it didn't do me any good watching them.</div>
<div>So!!!! Please dig deep and help me raise money for TB Alert. All the money raised will go to the charity, and is not going towards the cost of the jump. Incidentally, if over 40 you have to get a doctors note to prove you are fit enough to do really stupid things!!!</div>
<div>Why TB Alert: TB Alert is a charity close to our hearts as my daughter Karina battled with the illness for the 18 months in and out of hospital and came close to losing internal organs. Karina is now clear of TB but each day suffer from the after effects as Karina is now left with 'incurable illnesses' that she will be stuck with for life. All of this could have been prevented if early diagnosis of TB was made and the right drugs prescribed from the beginning. Over a million people die every year from TB and there is absolutely no reason why they should as TB is a curable illness!</div>
