Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over the 9th and 10th of April 2011, I will be undertaking a 45 mile sponsored walk from Combermere Barracks in Windsor, country home of The Household Cavalry to Hyde Park Barracks Knightsbridge, their London base.

The walk is the inaugural 'Annual Household Cavalry Veterans March' and will follow the River Thames Path.

The primary aim of this event is to raise as much money as possible to assist The Household Cavalry Central Charitable Fund to offer financial assistance to our injured comrades returning from modern day conflicts.

Some of the injuries sustained by our fellow Household Cavalrymen will require a long term commitment to their rehabilitation. We 'old comrades' wish to do all that we can to ensure the men of our Regiment receive the very best of care.

So please dig deep and donate now.
