Hi All,

Last September i participated in a charity event and ran 1mile at 17 different Everyone Active Leisure Centre's in one day across the South East of England, for the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital. I managed to raise in the region of £250.

This year we are doing it a bit differently.

On the 8th September I will be helping to raise money for the Royal National Orthopeadic Hospital, where one of our colleagues is undergoing treatment for cancer, by undertaking 8 Mini Triathlon Events in one day across the South East of England. Starting in Watford and finishing up in Fareham Portsmouth.

At each of the 8 different locations, myself and approximately 100 other colleagues will be completing a 1 mile run, a 5k bike ride and a 200m swim.

We must be mad but it's for a great cause.

Please dig deep and help me to achieve my personal target of £100 raised for this Hospital.
