Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Daz Buttrill and I are cycling off road from Swansea to Conwy (south to North Wales) over four days (23rd to 26th May) to raise money for the Midland air ambulance service. We wont be breaking any records but I've never ridden 50 miles in a day never mind consecutively for four days.
The Midland air ambulance service is a fantastic cause that as mountain bikers who cycle a lot we hope we will never need. The air ambulance is a charity providing emergency air cover for those who face life-threatening illness or injuries.
In 2011, our good friend Jase "Gunny" Brennan was downhill racing in Caersws when he went over his handle bars and suffered serious injuries. The air ambulance airlifted him to Shrewsbury hospital to recieve treatment.
