I competed in my first race a couple of weeks ago, the Bristol 10k, without dying and with a respectable time of 53:54. Prior to that my running experance was zero (unless you count 10 minutes on a treadmill every now and again). 

For my next trick I will be running the Bristol Half Maraton. 

I have chosen to run on behalf of Bristol Dogs and Cats Home for a number of reasons, one of which being that i like animals more than people. That said I still want your money. 

How will your money help? Have you ever been walking down the street and witnessed someone yank on a choke chain nearly crippling their dog? Well this isn't the dogs fault it's the owners for the way they have treated and raised the dog. 

Your money will fund a highly trained team who will seek out unfit animal owners and hold them accountable for their actions administering discipline where necessary... Ok that's not quite true but your money will help to give local animals in need a second chance for a happy life, free from pain or neglect.
