At the start of the year, I made a target list of the cycling challenges to attempt during 2019.

One of the challenges not yet completed is to climb the equivalent of the height of Everest over 7 consecutive days.

My opportunity this year will include:
- Seashell Trust Epic route (170km / 2800m) on 15th Sept
- Tour de BT (360km / 4600m) 17-19 Sept
- plus other rides to hit the target
