Pedal for Scotland
On Sunday 13th September 2009 I'll be jumping on my bike and joining thousands of others riding 50 miles across the country from Glasgow to Edinburgh, raising money for the ACCORD Hospice in Paisley.
ACCORD Hospice is an independent charity giving free medical and nursing care and support to people whose illness is causing physical pain and emotional distress and for whom curative treatment may no longer be appropriate.
Please spare as much as you can for this very worthy charity.
