I'm enormously proud to be helping Macmillan Cancer Support and really hope you can help too.

I'm one of 30 Boots colleagues cycling 170 miles - in one day - from our flagship store in central London to our support centre in Nottingham to recognise the 170 years since the company first opened its doors in 1849.

Needless to say, it's a very long way, and it'll be a very long day. Poetry in motion. Really.
