Hi everyone and thanks for visiting my page. as most of you know us at 31sqn are going to be collectivly running rowing and cycling a distance of 31,000 miles whilst in heats in excess of 45 degrees in a war time enviornment. every penny helps and your support is a big morale boost to everyone out here. thanks again. dave.

an update for people at home, we arrived in camp bastion last night. today weve had highs of 49degrees with the ground reflection but thats not going to stop us.....the training starts TODAY!
