Nordoff and Robbins is the UK’s largest music therapy charity, with a unique approach shaped by more than 60 years of practice. Through the power of music, it breaks through the barriers caused by life-limiting illness, disability and social isolation. The charity does this through providing music therapy to people across the UK, whilst also training the music therapists of the future and funding research to measure and improve the impact of its work.

Hello Savages!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by my page to find out what I am up to!

Put going simply; I am out on a bike ride for charity.

Put a little more complicated; I will spend 3 days pedaling my ass off, covering 161 miles, leaving early from Alexandra Palace in North London on June 11 and arriving at Download Festival around midday on June 13th. All proceeds will go towards Nordoff Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust, and Childline - to raise money for kids who need help.

I have to raise at least £1300 to enable me to do the ride, but of course we want to raise a load more than that!

So please give what you can, leave a message on my page and I will thank every single one of you for your pledges!

Let’s keep metal music at the forefront of what is important: brother and sisterhood of Metal uniting around some very worthy causes!!!
