Jack and myself are going to swim for 1 mile underwater using Scuba Equipment and try and raise as much as we can for the Warrington Disability Partnership.

This year's event is being held at Sankey Leisure Centre on April 27th 4pm to 8pm and once again is being supported by Terry Wood and his team from Cheshire Scuba Academy with help and equipment. The Chairman and Founder of Warrington Disability Partnership Dave Thompson plans to swim 1 MILE underwater, despite being a full time wheelchair user since 1989, with limited use in his left arm, and none in his right arm and legs. He will be joined by friends and collegues including fellow diver Dave Williams. For a minimum sponsorship of £30 people can have a try dive, and experienced divers can swim the 64 lengths with Dave.
