My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On Sunday the 18th April 2010 Dave and Caroline will be taking part in the Zip Slide event at Goodison Park to help raise money for the Everton foundation. The Zip slide event entails riding a zip line from the top of the Top Balcony (Main Stand) diagonally across the pitch to the Paddock (Bullens Road).  See picture 2 going from Left (at the top of the stand) across to the right hand side of the ground.

All money raised will go directly to the Everton Foundation, which is an independent Charity that relies on donations to deliver disability, mental health, health education and other programmes and initiatives across Merseyside.  Together with your support we can enhance the lives of people living on Merseyside.

For more information please visit the website -

As an additional, we are hoping to get a loan of a "Helmet-Cam" so we can prove to everyone that we didn't chicken out and took part in a once in a lifetime opportunity and raised funds for an excellent cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks for helping
