Bev & I have been talking about walking from Lands End to John O'Groats for a few years now and what better time to start than a week into my retirement from National Grid. The Electricity Supply Industry has been good to us both, keeping us in employment for a combined 60 years and we are now delighted to be able to take up this challenge and with your help raise money for the EEIBA.

The EEIBA is the only charity that exists to help those in hardship and distress who work, or have worked, in the electrical and electronics industries and any connected industries including mechanical engineering. Help and assistance is provided to all age groups from the youngest child to the oldest pensioner, anywhere in the United Kingdom and Norther Ireland.
