On the 28th of July I will be taking part in the 2018 Tough Mudder (Yorkshire) event. This will require me to undertake months of little preparation and barely any training to break/drown my body over a muddy 10 mile obstacle course. I'll be doing this with my work colleagues, all for various charities but I personally have chosen CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) who work to break down the barriers that encompass the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK - suicide.
