Well many of you will know that any spare minute of the day I can usually be found on a bike. When the opportunity came up to ride 1000 miles on a Brompton I jumped at the chance.  The 3 Charities we are riding for do such amazing work.  I am focusing on raising money for Help for Heroes.  Help for Heroes raises money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country. It will be an extremely difficult 2 weeks but well worth it to help members of the Armed Forces who have served their country.
