We are running the Cardiff Half marathon (13.1 miles!!) on Sunday 18th October to raise money for The Million Pounds Challenge (all proceeds of which will go to Cancer Research UK). We've been training hard as this is the furthest we've ever run and have even done a couple of weeks off the booze - that's proper dedication!

Anything you could donate would be much appreciated and will go to a really good cause.
