Once again I'm taking part in the Great North Run and once again I'm running it for the fantastic local charity The Teesside Hospice. I am doing it with 3 of my friends Richard Whitfield, Richard Ellyatt and Chris Patton.We are putting in 3 hard months of training and i would really appricate it if you could sponsor me and help make a difference to this great charity! Last year i raised a whopping £1100 and would love to top that this year.
