Thanks for taking the time to visit my No5 JustGiving page.

I met my friend Lizzie while we were both volunteering at No5. It's a great youth counselling charity who do a lot of good work on a shoestring budget. Lizzie put a huge amount of her time and energy into helping them, so I'm honoring her by trying to raise some money for them.

I'll be cycling 700+ miles in ten days and performing at a poetry gig every night along the way.

Please sponsor them as little or as much as you can. Think about my poor knees after 10 days of cycling. Think about the rain and the wind and the awful chafing. The awful chafing... and then having to stand on stage and pretend to have lots of energy! That's got to be worth some cash, right?
