The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Following in his father's footsteps, Owen (Mini Foxy) Bayley will be making his 5k debut in the Big Fun Run, at Willen Lake in Milton Keynes, on Sunday, August 28, 2011.

As many of our friends and family know, Owen has been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, a condition that profoundly affects him in many areas of day-to-day life. The most obvious of these being in the area of social communication and associated learning difficulties.

We have have decided to couple these two aspects of Owen together and raise money for the National Autistic Society. This is one of the top UK charities for helping people with ASD by increasing autism awareness and provding information, serivces, and support for them and their families.

www.autism.org.uk

ASD is a condition that affects hundreds of thousands of people and their familes throughout the UK and millions more wordlwide. By sponsoring Owen to walk for the NAS, you will be helping these people try to achieve a better quality of life.

How could you say no to that cute little face?
