I'm taking part in a Coast to Coast Cycle Ride between 4th and 6th October 2012 to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Association. The ride is with a bunch of equally optimistic/deluded workmates which could well leave staffing numbers seriously depleted the following week.

The ride sets out from Whitehaven on the west coast to Sunderland in the North East - about 120-140 miles (no one can tell me the exact distance so perhaps there is a contingency for getting lost). 

This is a really great cause so any donation would be greatly appreciated.
