Hi everyone,

 Helen Pires, Liz Higgs and Sue Bennett last summer saw James Cracknell in the paper advertising a cycle ride from John O'Groats to Lands End in aid of  ParalympicGB. As firm cycling geeks the thought of 9 days in James's slipstream was too good an opportunity to miss!!

The cycle is being sponsored by Deloittes and we will cover 1008 miles from 12th june and arriving in Lands End 20th June. ParalympicsGB will be supporting the entrants for 2012 Games in London

So, here we are in deepest winter trying to get the enthusiasm together for training for what will be our biggest cycle challenge yet. Although we think camping each night might be more of a challenge!

 If all our friends and family sponsor us then that support will mean so much and give us the encouragement we need. Please dig deep and support us.
