I have decided after months of training in the gym to put my fitness to the test and raise some money for Charity by taking part in a triathlon!!

I am going to be doing a 400m swim, 20k bike ride and a 5k run on Sunday, 6th September for Tri For Life which raises money for several Charities including Help a London Child, London Hospitals,Greenhouse Schools project, and World Jewish Relief

I would most appreciate if you can be as generous as possible for these worthwhile Charities, and as the race is this Sunday by giving your donations asap will be a vital incentive to make sure I manage to make the finish line!!
