I am joining 100 other HSBC colleagues to undertake a 100K trek in Ecuador through the Andean region. We will climb to altitudes in excess of 16,000ft during the week. The trip is self funded and collectively we are hoping to raise $100,000 for mental health charities globally.

I am raising money for Young Minds which is a fantastic UK based charity which supports young people with mental health issues.
