So you'll probably know stuff like this just isn't me. It's 20 years since I ran the London Marathon and lost my toe nails and it's about time I did it again.
I have the wrong bike, no helmet (yet), I don't cycle and have dodgy knees. But Help For Heroes means a lot to me professionally and personally so you might as well ease my suffering slightly by making it worth my while.
We're going 500km in 5 days through the battlefields of Northern France to remember those who aren't as lucky as us. So please support me - every little helps
