I am running a half marathon in aid of the Seb Coe Foundation and Cancer Research UK to raise funds for the Francis Crick Institute, which will be one of the most significant developments in UK biomedical science for a generation.

This is also my works designated charity for the year and our collective goal is to raise at least £200,000 for this fantastic cause that will in the future save the lives of the people we love the most.
