James and I are keen to help the Bexley and Greenwich Hospice as my mum

spent her last few days there.

James completed the ride last year and was very keen to do so again this year and hopefully raise

more money for the Hospice.  James raised £155 so we would like to equal or better than amount.

James and I have been out on 12 mile ride today the hills killed me but next weeks ride is all on the flat but double the distance.

I am pleased to say we did it.  James completed 24 miles and I only did 12 miles as I had not been feeling well for a few days before the ride and James thinks I am lightweight!!!
