It's about that time of year again, where I try some new weird and wonderful challenge.  This year, Mr Lingard and myself are doing the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest Challenge - 10km. 10 obstacles. And we're doing this in 3 locations. www.mhsurvival.co.uk

As part of the event buildup, we are raising money for charities close to our heart.  A couple of years ago, I ran the Great North Run for Cancer Research UK in memory of Tracey's dad - Tony.  I will be again raising money for Cancer Research UK.  Please give generously so that they may discover new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.
