My story
I greatly admire Sir Ian Botham for doing so many inspirational walks over the years on which he has raised over £12m for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.
I am joining Sir Ian to help in a small way as he walks the Clent Hills on 17th April. Please sponsor me or indeed sponsor Sir Ian on his own just giving page (search on Botham & justgiving).
In 1985 only 20% of children survived the most common form of childhood leukaemia, now 90% survive this disease. But there are still children for whom the outlook is not so good and Sir Ian is determined to make sure every child survives leukaemia.
