Myself and 193 other members of staff from Coutts and Adam & Company are walking part of the South Downs Way for charity on 21st September  

If you are reading this, you probably know me. And if you know me, then walking 28km probably isn't the first thing you'd think of. Or the second, or well you get the idea. I'm hoping this is a challenging but achievable goal, and if you can spare a little money to spur me on up the hills (and to walk straight past any pubs), I'd really appreciate it!
