I am taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday 16th June 2013. This year I am cycling on behalf of Bristish Heart Foundation. The BHF have been funding pioneering research and supporting heart patients and thier families for over 50 years. In that time they have made some huge advances in heart medicine, however there is still a long way to go, heart and circulatory disease is one of the maincauses of premature death in th UK.
