Mental! Peter Kay is the DJ for a 3 hour disco. He is doing 7 gigs across the country. He informs us all that there is a disenfranchised group who struggle to do sponsored, runs, rides and swims. Count me in! What a great idea. 

This is for my wonderful Uncle Dick, the Master Mariner. Throughout his illness, he remained positive and was an inspiration. Life is there for living and you really have to grab every single day with both hands. It was an honour to have known him and loved him. His spirit lives on.
