Thank you for coming to Justgiving.com to support this fundraising effort for the Alzheimer's Research Trust (ART). Cycling to the top of Mont Ventoux as the climax of a 172 kilometre bike journey through Provence is a metaphor for the challenge that research into Alzheimer's disease represents. Our collective contributions can make a real difference in dealing with a disease which has affected or will affect many of our parents. Our help to ART is also an investment in our futures as many of us are older and closer to the possibility of Alzheimer's striking us than we realize. Many thanks to my sons Matt and Nick for so gleefully pointing this out to their "Old Man."  At least I can still out cycle them up any mountain, including Mont Ventoux!
