Hi all.  Going to run a marathon tomorrow in aid of Bowel Cancer Research.  Hopefully the dodgy calf, ruined foot, and tetchy groin won't be an issue but I'll find out soon.  You have about 48 hours to throw some money at this charity.  I won't get personal but it's a good cause - the successful recovery rates of bowel cancer are vastly improved compared to years ago.  GO ON!
