Well I've done the cycle challenge from Paris to Geneva. It's been a great personal experience. I've spent the best part of 7 years battling injury and disability, and it feels great to have done something that's challenging for anyone. For me even falling off and getting back on again was all part of a life giving experience.

I believe that what charities such as Capability Scotland do is life-giving so I'm not going to stop here. This is just the beginning for me and I'll be looking to raise more money, do more challenging things and hopefully help and encourage the people around me.
