Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In May 2016 I am Kayaking the entire length of the navigable, non-tidal River Thames with a team of work colleagues from Brother UK Limited.

This 135 mile journey from the town of Cricklade, Wiltshire to Teddington Lock in Greater London, passes through 45 locks and under 76 bridges as well as many historic towns and cities enroute - such as Oxford, Reading, Windsor and Kingston-upon-Thames.

In June 2013 I lost my father, Brian, to Cancer.  We have all been affected or will be affected in the future by this despicable disease and indeed currently one in three of us can unfortunately expect to battle this disease at some point in our lives.  For this reason, I am supporting Cancer Research UK and all sponsorship money collected will go towards supporting this very worthwhile charity to help us beat Cancer.
