Story
I Started a journey to improve overall fitness back in January and am currently down 2 and a half stone mainly been cycling but have been running for a couple of months, were at the beginning I couldn’t even run for 5 minutes, I’ve now completed the 5K park run a number of times and go out on the night 3-4 times a week running. I will be running the Hull 10K and raising money for the Motor neurone disease association.
