My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Along with four other intrepid souls from CSSC's Head Office, I'm delighted to be taking part on the British 10K in London on 10 July to help raise money for the Civil Service Benevolent Fund (CSBF) in its 125th year.  It's been a while since I've done much more than run for an occasional bus, so 10K should really help to get the blood pumping !

CSBF provide valuable support and financial assistance to current and former Civil Servants, their financial dependants and colleagues in many other related organisations.  Most CSSC members are able to benefit from the Fund's services, so working together with CSBF (in this year of all years) seemed like the right thing to do. For more details on CSBF, please visit www.csbf.org.uk and to keep bang up to date with all things CSSC, visit www.cssc.co.uk.

Thanks again for visiting and for sponsoring.
