Story

Skydiving is something I've always wanted to do, and there's no better time than the weekend immediately following my last uni exam at Oxford! I am so grateful to be given this opportunity to raise funds for a good cause in the process.

Headway Oxfordshire is a charity that supports people affected by acquired brain injury, such as those caused by a stroke, tumour, haemorrhage or disease, as well as traumatic brain injury resulting from a road traffic accident, fall or sporting injury. Their mission is to improve life after brain injury and to raise awareness of brain injury.  They provide rehabilitation activities and 1-1 community support to help individuals integrate back into everyday community life.

About the charity

OHIS offers advice, information and practical support to anyone affected by an acquired brain injury - including the individual, families and carers. OHIS provides activity and rehabilitation services, through its Oxford centre and through community support workers.
