How Slow Will He Go . . .

On Saturday 22nd July 2017, I will be competing at my first ever Triathlon in aid of Erskine Hospital. The event comprises of a 750m Swim in the Thames, 20km Bike Ride and finishing with a 5km run.

I am offering the choice of an Afternoon Tea for 2 or an Evening Meal for 2 to the person who guesses how slow I will go to complete the triathlon. To be eligible for the prize please donate just £2 and enter your time in the comments section. Your guess should include Hours, Minutes and Seconds!

To help with your guess, I am a terrible swimmer, do not own a bike and average 22-23 minutes for a 5km run! Remember to allow for time for me to dry between my toes between the swim and cycle!

Erskine Hospital provides u rivalled support to our UK Veterans and their families.

Thank you in advance for your support and I will announce my time as soon as it is official! As long as I don't drown!
