So I'm abseiling down Broadgate Tower which is the 11th tallest building in the UK. I usually freak out just looking over a balcony that's on the 3rd floor of a standard terraced house, so I hope you'll appreciate this is kind of a big deal for me.   

It seemed like a great idea at the time and now I've committed to it so it's defo happening.

On a serious note folks, BBC Children in Need fundraise lots of money each year that they make available to the "little guys", the smaller charities who make such a massive difference to individuals. They're the ones who can't afford to fundraise the vital money that they need in order to do what they do.
