My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have always had the utmost admiration for the courage displayed by blind people as they negotiate their respective daily challenges. I try to imagine what it must be like to enjoy life without such a vital sense, but I know my perception is hopelessly inferior.

I intend doing a solo motorcycle journey from Bournemouth to John O' Groats and back in order to raise much needed funds for the Royal Blind Society (RBS), who dedicate themselves to the needs of the blind. I have been a member of the RBS for almost two years now, and feel it is time to make a difference.

Why not help me by making a donation to the RBS, and wish me luck as I tackle the 1600 mile journey from 29 May to 5 June 2010.
